Thank you for shopping at benedecor.in. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and a great customer experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our detailed policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased from us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:


 

Return Eligibility Window

 

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the Goods, or on which a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.


 

Conditions for a Valid Return

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, please ensure that all the following conditions are met:

How to Initiate a Return

 

Step 1: Inform Us of Your Decision To exercise your right of return, you must inform us with a clear statement. Please contact our customer service team with your Order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Preparing Your Return Once your return request is approved, carefully pack the Goods in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Step 3: Returning the Goods You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the Goods to us. You must send the Goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

 

If you receive Goods that were damaged in transit or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, please provide your order number and include photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. In such cases, we will assess the situation and, if validated, will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a replacement or a full refund.


 

The Refund Process

 

Once we receive your returned Goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in Section 4. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
